Launched in 2019, the Chatime Global Tea-Rista Competition has evolved into an exciting showcase of talent and innovation within our international markets. This internal competition is designed exclusively for our store personnel, providing a platform to not only exhibit their exceptional tea-making skills but also unleash their creativity in crafting new and exhilarating tea drinks. As we step into 2024, the competition continues to inspire and celebrate the ingenuity that our team brings to the art of tea. Get ready for a year of even more thrilling and inventive tea creations!
2022 Chatime Global Tea-Rista Contest is the hand-shake beverage competition which started in 2019.
It is an internal competition that targets our store personnel from international markets to showcase, not just their tea-making skills, but also their creativity in making new and exciting tea drinks!
The objective of the program is to encourage and reward our employees for taking pride in what they do--- making it an effective employee incentive program.
Winners of the competition take home attractive prizes including international trips and pocket money, aside from taking the pride of the BEST Tea-rista within our system.
